KORINDO Group is also concerned about the cleanliness aspect in community’s environment. The company’s concern is proven by conducting “Aksi Bersih Ciliwung” (Ciliwung Clean-Up Action) program in upstream area, Sempur Sub- District, Bogor. This program is intended to keep the river water clean and can be utilized by the community. This program is expected to increase public awareness to preserve the environment and maintain cleanliness in order to create a healthy environment. This program is also supported by Bogor City Government and has been implemented since 2014 up to now.

Korindo has been planting trees in several regions in Indonesia in the last 5 years. They did not only plant 5,000 tree seedlings, but also released hundreds of birds and fish in Cempaka Urban Forest can improve the function of urban forests as the lung of the city.
