The qualification refers to an actual capability required to perform a given task. It implies a capability necessary to perform a given task and the capabilities include knowledge and information collection, planning, decision-making, negotiation, leadership, communication, and driving force.

Anyone who has a basic capability and character coupled with a strong sense of responsibility to work actively will gain more capability beyond the level he/she was originally expected to have. However, let us try to do our best to accumulate knowledge and ability that a new era and task ask us to have.
To solve the unpredictable management problems encountered often in an ever-changing environment, we have to set a goal to manage ourselves to improve our capabilities systemically. The nation without knowledge will disappear from the earth, and the company without knowledge will face more difficulties in the industry. It is recommended that we should develop and study our own talent constantly to become brilliant and creative Korindo men and women.

2. Management of organization focuses first on efficiency
 
The efficiency means the effectiveness measured against the cost invested during a specified period of time. The measurement of the efficiency is based on the economical principle, which is to accomplish a maximum performance at a minimum cost.

Also, let us keep in mind that the efficiency is important not only in the manufacturing issues such as production, quality management, and process, but also in the office tasks such as planning, general affairs, personnel, accounting, financial, computing, sales, and purchasing. And it is important to put the right man in the right place in a corporate level, operate a team of an appropriate size, and create harmony among the participating departments to make their communication easier to achieve a corporate goal. The maximum efficiency can be achieved when providing a department with a solution to the obstacle encountered in the course of work while maintaining a strict policy of goal management. Instead of relying on the exaggerated idealism or justification, let us become Korindo men and women who put more value in the efficiency.

3. Evaluation of organization focuses first on performance
 
"The company lives on an operating profit."

The company can stay in either profitable or non-profitable side. This means that the winner and loser are clearly divided. The company in the red letter should turn to the black letter by all means and ways and those in the black letter should exercise all of its efforts and wisdom to maximize the operating profit and enhance the overall corporate profitability.
In addition, what we would like to say again and again to the corporate officers is that we are being evaluated in terms of what we have done but remember that we are also evaluated by the fact that we have not done what we are supposed to have done. We must to be able to respond effectively at the right time to such new changing issues as human resource and product development, raw material procurement, and business structure innovation.
It is worthy to note that the outcome resulting from the foreseeable, preoccupying, and proactive capabilities is something critical that can save the company from the crisis.
